When You
Need More

Unawa Circle is a learning and community space. We care about you — and because we do, we want to make sure you know where to go when you need support beyond what we can offer. These resources are free, confidential, and available now.
A note for neurodivergent callers:

If you are autistic, have ADHD, or are otherwise neurodivergent, you can let the counselor know at the start of the call. You can say something like "I'm autistic and I may communicate differently" or "I have ADHD and it helps if you speak slowly and clearly." You don't have to explain yourself, but it can help the counselor support you better.

Your visibility matters. There are people in this circle actively looking for someone who gets it, and they need to find you.

Do you provide neuroaffirming care?
We want you in our directory.Â
