About Support
Does Unawa Circle offer therapy?

No. Unawa Circle is a free learning and community platform. We provide resources, handouts, and a space to connect — but we are not a clinical service and we do not offer therapy sessions.

If you need professional support, we strongly encourage you to seek a licensed mental health professional.
What if I'm in crisis?

First, we want you to know that reaching out for help takes courage and we're glad you're here.

However, Unawa Circle is not a crisis service, but you don't have to figure this out alone.Â

If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please reach out to a mental health professional or crisis line. In the Philippines, you can contact the National Center for Mental Health Crisis Hotline at 1553, available 24/7.Â

You can also visit our When You Need More page for a full list of free crisis hotlines.
For Mental Health Professionals
We're building a directory so our community can find professional support when they're ready for it. We're especially looking for practitioners who are experienced with neurodivergent clients, LGBTQ+ affirming, and trauma-informed.

Listing is free. If you'd like to be included, send us your name, location, contact details, whether you offer in-person or telehealth sessions, and a brief description of the support you provide.
