Bien Grace A. Pracuelles, MHPSS-1, CSSYB, HCC, RPm, RPsy, is a psychologist, trauma interventionist, human-centered coach, and ABA-trained therapist known for her integrative and adaptable approach to mental health care.
Her work spans individuals, couples, families, and groups across varying life stages, backgrounds, and support needs, including a focus on neuroaffirming care. Her experience also includes assessment, therapy and intervention, psychoeducation, supervision, program support, community initiatives, and collaborative mental health efforts across different settings and populations.
With a naturally multidisciplinary and “all-rounder” perspective, Bien continues to expand her knowledge across different approaches, systems, and fields to better understand the diverse needs of the people she works with. She believes that broadening her perspective allows her to make more informed clinical decisions, collaborate more effectively, and provide support that is realistic, flexible, and responsive to each client’s unique context and goals.
Committed to lifelong learning, continuing education, and clinical competence, Bien invests in professional development, collaboration, and cross-cultural exposure to remain responsive to the evolving needs of the communities she serves. She values making mental health support more accessible in ways that are ethical, responsible, and adaptable to real-world challenges and limitations.
Beyond direct clinical work, Bien actively collaborates with organizations, mental health initiatives, and multidisciplinary teams to help develop more accessible and sustainable systems of support. She is also interested in the responsible integration of technology, operations, and mental health practices to improve accessibility, efficiency, and competence for both clients and practitioners.
She believes quality care includes collaboration, appropriate referrals, and recognizing when additional systems of support may better serve a client’s needs.
